SHIPPING + RETURNS
Production time
All pieces from my collection are handmade and produced to order. Production starts once payment is received. Please allow up to 20 days for production before dispatch.
If your order needs to be delivered by a certain date, I will do my best to accommodate your request – please include your wishes in the order note or send an email to shop@felicitasseidler.com.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and shipped insured with tracking. Delivery time and costs depend on value and your location.
Within Germany, orders up to 250 € are shipped with DHL for 8 €.
Orders over 250 € are shipped for free with DHL or UPS.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
Within the European Union, orders up to 400 € are shipped with DHL for 16 €.
Orders over 400 € are shipped for free with DHL or UPS.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days.
Outside the EU, I currently ship only to Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that you are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or customs fees.
If you are outside the EU and Switzerland, please feel free to send an email to discuss individual shipping arrangements.
Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days without giving any reason.
If you would like to return a product, please send an email first to shop@felicitasseidler.com. Please do not send any items back without prior notice.
Exchanges: I don’t offer direct exchanges. Please email me first for return instructions. The fastest option is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Items may be tried on to assess fit and characteristics – please return them in a saleable condition. You are responsible only for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Please return the items in their original jewellery box.
Custom-made pieces – including items from the collection made in solid gold or in special sizes – are excluded from returns.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your notice and credited to your original payment method. Processing starts once the goods are received or a proof of return is provided. Refunds include the original shipping costs of the standard delivery option.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service and, if appropriate, purchase shipping insurance, as liability cannot be accepted for items lost in transit.
If an item you received is faulty, please notify me as soon as possible and I will provide a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. Handcrafted pieces may show small variations, slight irregularities, or minimal traces of the making process. These are part of the work’s character and not considered defects, and therefore not covered by warranty.
